Personal One-to-One Consultation (In-Person, or Virtual)

Your health journey is unique, and this personalized consultation is designed to meet you where you are. During this one-on-one visit, Dr. Gupta will take the time to understand your medical history, lab results, current diet, daily habits, sleep patterns, and social connections. Using a root-cause–focused approach, she will help you better understand your health concerns and how lifestyle choices can support healing and long-term well-being.

Together, you and Dr. Gupta will create a realistic, personalized plan using SMART goals—clear, achievable steps that fit into your daily life and can be tracked over time. To support you along the way, you will receive practical resources such as easy-to-follow recipes, cooking videos, guided meditation options, and exercise guidance.

New patient visits typically last 1–2 hours, allowing ample time for meaningful discussion and questions. Follow-up visits are available in 15-minute increments, based on individual needs. Your initial comprehensive consultation is $199. Follow-up visits are available and typically range from $25 to $100, depending on services provided.

Appointments are available in person at Dr. Gupta’s private office in The Village, Grosse Pointe, or virtually from the comfort of your home through telemedicine. Once you are established as a client, you will have access to email or text communication with Dr. Gupta between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for continued support.

If you choose, Dr. Gupta is happy to collaborate with your primary care provider and other physicians to support a coordinated, team-based approach to your health. Health insurance is not accepted for this program. This is a self-pay service.

6-Week “Feel Good” Program.      Cost: $249

This personalized 6-week program is designed to help you feel better, move better, and live better. You’ll receive a comprehensive health assessment along with expert education, ongoing motivation, and step-by-step guidance. The program includes multiple one-on-one sessions featuring individualized meal plans, a customized exercise program, breathing and stress-management training, and guided meditation. You’ll also benefit from group support sessions, access to hands-on cooking classes, and a curated library of recipes. Phone and text support is available daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to keep you supported and on track.

Corporate Lifestyle Events | Lunch & Learn

Dr. Gupta offers engaging Lunch & Learn sessions by appointment for corporate offices, leadership teams, healthcare practices, and other organizations looking to support employee well-being. Each session includes a thoughtfully prepared plant-based lunch alongside a concise, evidence-based presentation addressing the role of lifestyle factors in health, energy, resilience, and chronic disease prevention.

Participants will learn practical, easy-to-implement strategies to incorporate healthier habits into their busy daily routines, along with simple, quick “wins” that can jump-start their journey toward better health. The sessions are interactive, informative, and designed to meet professionals where they are—without overwhelming them.

Corporate lifestyle events are an effective way and powerful investment in organizational health to enhance employee engagement, improve job satisfaction, reduce burnout, and boost overall productivity, focus, morale while fostering a culture of wellness within the workplace.

Group Sessions, Workshops, and Seminars

Group sessions, workshops, and seminars will be offered periodically, focusing on education around chronic disease prevention and management. These interactive sessions include fun nutrition and wellness trivia, hands-on cooking demonstrations, recipe sharing, meal planning, grocery shopping guidance, food label reading, meal prepping tips, food sampling, breathing exercises, and guided meditations.

Upon request, these group events can be customized for individuals or groups and held at a venue of your choice.

Personalized in-home cooking demonstrations can be scheduled by appointment for individuals or groups interested in learning practical, healthy cooking skills.

“Shop With a Doc” – Shopping Tours

Dr. Gupta will personally shop with you—individually or in a small group—at your favorite local grocery store(s) to help you confidently choose foods that match your tastes while supporting long-term health and longevity. During the guided shopping experience, you’ll learn how to read food labels, plan balanced meals, and select a wide variety of nourishing options.
