Since then, she has embraced a fully plant-based lifestyle and has successfully counseled hundreds of patients and colleagues, witnessing dramatic improvements in health and, in many cases, reversal of chronic disease.
In November 2024, she became certified by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM), formalizing her commitment to holistic, family-centered, evidence-based care across the Six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine. She is passionate about empowering individuals to use their lifestyle as medicine, guiding them toward lasting health, vitality, and well-being. She has conducted numerous community seminars with great success and continues to inspire people to take control of their health.
After more than 25 years in conventional medicine, Dr. Gupta has fully dedicated her career to Lifestyle Medicine, with a mission to educate, motivate, and support individuals and communities in preventing, managing, and even reversing chronic disease.
